North is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for remote US work to shape product messaging, drive GTM strategies, and lead multi-channel marketing efforts for a leading payments platform. You will integrate AI tools to accelerate market research, craft customer-facing collateral, and collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and support teams.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years experience in Product Marketing, preferably within financial services, fintech, payments, SaaS, or tech-enabled B2B environments.
• Hands-on experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Gemini, CoPilot, Perplexity) to accelerate research, draft high-quality content, automate repetitive tasks, and scale GTM initiatives efficiently.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and executing GTM campaigns in complex, matrixed environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and refine customer-centric product messaging, positioning, and value proposition designs tailored to merchant needs and buyer journeys.
• Conduct continuous market and competitive intelligence to track industry trends, analyze competitive dynamics, and uncover product positioning opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) execution and pilot programs, defining target personas and gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform feature improvements prior to launch.
• Collect, synthesize, and prioritize feedback and requests from merchants, sales partners, and internal organizations using modern AI prompting techniques.
• Manage multi-channel product marketing activities and collateral for product launches, including app store assets, email campaigns, blog posts, social media, demo scripts, FAQs, and videos.
• Partner with Sales to create high-impact sales enablement tools, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and sell sheets that empower teams to win and retain business.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain comprehensive support and training materials, including knowledge base articles.
• Champion the merchant and customer perspective to ensure a stable, secure, and seamless payment processing experience
