Job summary

EY’s Foundry in New York seeks a Product Senior Manager to design, develop, and drive adoption of digital products for external clients. You will lead cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and engineering to bring ideas to market.

You will build personas, conduct research, create user stories, manage the backlog, and guide the product roadmap with a focus on user value and measurable impact. Hybrid work and diverse collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solid product management experience.
• Experience with generative AI, mobile product development, and customer-facing digital products.
• Ability to design, develop and drive adoption of digital products and services.

Responsibilities

• Concepting, designing, and developing digital products and services that address a market opportunity.
• Create personas, conduct product research, design products, and develop user stories and requirements; manage the backlog and clarify requirements with engineering.
• Conduct ongoing experimentation and evaluate user feedback and metrics to improve product and user experience; drive market and user research to shape long-term strategy and roadmap.
