EY is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive AI-enabled product initiatives across diverse teams. The role involves shaping product vision, coordinating with design, engineering, and architecture enablement, and delivering customer-centric solutions from ideation to deployment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management, strong analytics for data-driven decisions, and familiarity with agile methodologies.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching products across their lifecycle.
Strong understanding of AI-enabled products, ML basics, and modern tech stacks.
Experience with product management tools and frameworks (JTBD, RICE, OKRs, Lean, Agile).

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks and guidance documents.
Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals for PMs.
Create and maintain PRDs, business cases, and feature specifications for delivery.
Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing customer needs and technical constraints.
Define product metrics and KPIs and use data to drive decisions.
Support release planning, GTM readiness, and stakeholder communications.
