Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community, defining shared standards and coordinating best practices across the firm. You’ll enable PMs to thrive regardless of location by building playbooks, onboarding materials, and templates for core product disciplines.

You’ll partner with design, engineering, and architecture leaders to surface insights, drive opportunities, and ensure successful product launches across AI-enabled, technology-driven products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support ongoing planning, capability development, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Support Product Managers in defining and evolving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
