Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or SMB software.
• Experience shipping customer-facing AI or LLM-enabled products.
• Experience owning onboarding/activation, invoicing, financial workflows, or APIs/integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features across a small-business financial platform, with a focus on making complex financial work easier, faster, and more intuitive.
• Improve the new-customer experience, from signup through activation, helping customers reach value quickly and deepen engagement over time.
• Build and enhance business tools such as invoicing, workflow automation, reminders, reconciliation, and other day-to-day financial operations.
• Lead the strategy for partner integrations and APIs, turning basic data connections into useful, connected workflows across accounting, payments, payroll, and business software.
• Identify thoughtful ways to apply LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation to real customer problems, balancing usefulness, accuracy, privacy, and risk.
• Run experiments across onboarding, activation, product adoption, and retention. Define success metrics, use data to guide decisions, and turn successful tests into scalable product improvements.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and go-to-market teams to bring products to market.
• Communicate priorities, product decisions, and tradeoffs clearly across a lean, fast-moving organization.
