Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Product Manager to advance a federated PM community. You will define standards, coordinate best practices, and connect PMs across the firm to thrive, regardless of location.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled product initiatives, lifecycle management, and collaboration with design, engineering, and architecture teams. You will own backlog prioritization, define KPIs, and support release planning and go-to-market readiness, driving product strategy from ideation to adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines.
