Job summary

Flexcar, based in Boston, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end product work across multiple verticals. You will own initiatives from problem definition through measurement, partnering with engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience with 2–3 years owning a product area independently.
• Proven capacity to build seamlessly with partners in engineering and design.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven rationale.
• Experience operating in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments.
• Genuine AI curiosity and using AI tools in workflow.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and initiative.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders beyond a core squad.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end and define success metrics.

• Develop business cases, prioritize, and ship features.
