Job summary

Flexe, headquartered in Seattle, WA, is hiring a Principal Product Manager to define, build, and scale enterprise solutions in a multi-year roadmap. You will partner with UX, engineering, and business leaders to drive AI-enabled innovations and measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor other product managers while shaping strategy, roadmap execution, and data-driven decision making across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced logistics tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering complex marketplaces and enterprise platforms.
• Strategic and business acumen to align product outcomes with revenue targets.
• UX collaboration to translate data-heavy workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision, multi-year roadmaps, and strategic product goals.
• Lead AI/automation initiatives to improve enterprise workflows and efficiency.
• Partner with UX designers and engineers across discovery, prototyping, and architecture.
