Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a critical part of our global logistics platform. You’ll shape the vision, define the roadmap, and ship features that improve commerce workflows for clients and operators.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations to solve complex problems with data-driven decisions. You’ll lead multi-quarter roadmaps, build AI-enabled automation for quoting and invoicing, and focus on scalable user experiences across a global team

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months with an engineering team and cross-functional partners.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with complex datasets and building metrics.
• Track record of shipping intuitive UX in data-dense domains.
• Experience building user-facing or operator-facing features that simplify multi-step workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, and commercial/ops teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially around tradeoffs and prioritization.
• Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver product features that improve key commerce workflows for internal operators and clients.
• Own product area end-to-end, building and executing roadmaps spanning 12–18 months.
• Build intelligent AI agents to automate core commerce operations (quoting, billing, invoicing).
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations and cross-functional teams to translate complex logistics workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate across a global footprint with US West Coast and China teams; participate in cross-border syncs.
• Use data to guide prioritization, measure impact, and identify opportunities.
• Develop analytics frameworks to track product health, user engagement, and business outcomes.
• Contribute to medium/long-term product strategy and platform future.
