Job summary

Engine is seeking a Product Manager to own a customer-facing product area used by businesses and travelers every day. You will deeply understand customers, identify where the experience breaks down, and ship products that simplify business travel.

You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Support to turn priorities into a clear direction. You’ll apply AI to move faster, from research synthesis to specs and product iterations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience in marketplaces, booking, travel, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Strong generalist with sharp product sense, customer empathy, and a data-driven approach.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or AI-assisted products.
• Ownership mindset, urgency, and clear communication of why decisions are made.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end to end from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Obsess over the customer experience using UX research and data to decide what to build next.
• Drive conversion, engagement, and retention by defining north stars and optimizing funnels.
• Be AI-native and apply AI to improve the customer experience.
• Lead cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Operations, and Support.
