Job summary

Work Truck Solutions seeks a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product areas for dealer, upfitter, OEM, and fleet buyer workflows. You’ll define problems, write specs, and craft metrics that prove success, working with design, engineering, and data to sequence work and prioritize impact over velocity.

You’ll shape how AI appears in our platform, push for measurable outcomes, and lead launches with cross-functional partners while staying connected to field realities in the US market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with end-to-end ownership of at least one product area
• Demonstrated experience with complex B2B or marketplace products
• Strong discovery instincts: talk to users, distinguish asks from needs, validate ideas
• Excellent written communication; reduce ambiguity with specs and updates
• Track record of shipping meaningful outcomes in an Agile environment
• Comfortable collaborating across engineering, design, sales, and support

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for our consumer shopping experience
• Develop deep understanding of dealer, upfitter, OEM, and fleet buyer workflows through customer conversations and data
• Write crisp problem definitions, specs, and success criteria for engineering and design
• Define and instrument key metrics; perform analyses without waiting for requests
• Partner with design on discovery and with engineering on sequencing and tradeoffs
• Identify AI/ML opportunities and scope bets with clear evaluation criteria
• Drive end-to-end launches: enablement for sales/support, adoption tracking, and iteration
• Communicate roadmap and changes to executives, GTM teams, and customers
• Contribute to the broader product operating model and decision frameworks
