Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Principal Product Manager for CRM & Sales Systems to own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for our sales technology stack. You will partner with the CRM Architect and CRM Platform Tech Lead to deliver an AI-enhanced CRM experience that boosts revenue productivity.

You will define the roadmap, drive AI-first enhancements like generative AI and copilots, and ensure collaboration across global sales teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on internal GTM systems, CRM platforms, or Sales Operations at a Principal or Senior level.
• AI-first mindset with a passion for enabling revenue teams and enhancing productivity through AI integrations.
• Deep understanding of B2Bsales motions, pipeline management, forecasting, and Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define the Vision & Roadmap for the CRM and broader sales systems ecosystem.
• Champion an AI-First mindset with capabilities like generative AI, predictive forecasting, and copilot features.
• Redefine sales workflows and drive modern, adaptive processes with intelligent automation.
• Lead the Triad with the CRM Architect and CRM Platform Tech Lead to translate business needs into requirements.
• Align stakeholders across Engineering, Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Marketing.
• Prioritize the product backlog to balance high-value features with technical debt and performance.
• Define KPIs for adoption, user satisfaction, and business impact.
