Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement generative AI workflows that power intelligent automation for field sales operations.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines that synchronize account data across systems (Salesforce, AWSentral, Partner Tools) at scale.
• Drive technical strategy for signals architecture and entity resolution to improve account data quality and coverage.
• Build APIs and services that encode operational best practices and reduce manual toil for the field organization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features from design through deployment, operating in an agile environment with high autonomy.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct design and code reviews, and raise the engineering bar across the team.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
