You will shape product strategy and translate clinical workflows into tooling, partnering with engineering to deliver impactful features. In this role you’ll own a multi-quarter vision, balance day-to-day requests with long-term goals, and apply AI-native capabilities while safeguarding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in workflow-heavy software.
• Healthcare experience preferred, especially care delivery or value-based models.
• Proven track record shipping efficiency and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate ambiguous processes into clear product requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with clinical and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a roadmap for Thyme Box and drive execution across core care surfaces.
• Improve care team efficiency by reducing time and clicks.
• Lead AI-native evolution of care delivery and decision support.
• Ground decisions in care team realities by engaging nurses and clinicians.
• Balance competing requests with a clear, defensible prioritization framework.
• Ensure quality and reliability through bug triage and release coordination.
