Job summary

Wellthy is seeking a Product Manager II to help shape the future of our caregiving product. You will build and deliver solutions that support members and internal care teams while demonstrating value to clients.

You will lead vision, prioritization, and scope; run rigorous discovery; collaborate with engineers, designers, and data professionals; explore AI opportunities; and own metrics from launch to sunset.

Qualifications

• Open to learning, experimenting, and evolving with emerging technology.
• Active exploration of AI to enhance workflows and user experiences.
• 4-6 years of experience with a customer-facing tech platform.
• Strong data analysis to inform product strategy.
• Technical aptitude and curiosity about engineering capabilities.
• Caregiving or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• CS degree or engineering background is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of owning and launching products in agile environments.
• Experience managing complex projects with limited resources.
• Strong writing and communication to articulate product vision.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead discovery with user interviews and experiments.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data professionals to clarify requirements and guide development of high-impact features.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and other emerging technologies to differentiate our product.
• Define success metrics and own the product lifecycle from launch to sunset.
