Job summary

Thyme Care is hiring for a role at the intersection of product development and care delivery to translate complex clinical and operational workflows into our tooling. You will partner with a service designer to map new processes onto Thyme Box and other tools, ensuring technical implementation serves care teams, engineering, and data science.

You will maintain existing configurations, improve data capture, and help shape the product direction to scale care delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital products in a product manager, product designer, or technical implementation role.
• Ability to read, debug, and write simple code for web applications.
• Strong understanding of data models, edge cases, and downstream impacts of decisions.
• Experience documenting processes and building scalable tooling.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex clinical and operational processes into tooling to support care teams.
• Collaborate with a service designer to map processes into tools for operations, engineering, and data science.
• Maintain and shape current tooling, contributing to future product direction.
