Included Health is building an AI-native Care Platform to help clinicians and care teams deliver higher-quality care with less administrative burden. We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the product strategy for AI-enabled tools used across Clinical and Care.

This Staff-level IC role blends clinical workflows, platform infrastructure, and applied AI. You will partner with clinicians, engineering, data, and legal to shape safe, scalable experiences and turn practitioner needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or leading complex product initiatives.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled, automation, workflow, or platform products for clinicians.
• Ability to partner with technical teams on data, APIs, architecture, security, and cost.
• Experience in clinical or high-stakes healthcare with privacy and oversight.
• Experience building reusable platform capabilities across products/workflows.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, communicate clearly, and turn ambiguity into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-native Clinical and Care Tools in the Care App.
• Reimagine practitioner workflows using AI for contextual assistance, summarization, and automation.
• Decide what to automate or augment with AI while managing clinical risk and user value.
• Partner with clinicians, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data, Legal, Security, and Compliance.
• Establish evaluation and launch frameworks for AI-enabled experiences (quality, safety, adoption).
• Lead products from discovery to launch, aligning teams and driving outcomes.
