Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the SCRA and Specialty Operations domains, guiding two PMs and cross-functional teams. You will define strategy for high-visibility, back-office capabilities and drive the shift to AI-driven automation to free agents for higher-value work.

You’ll collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure compliant, scalable experiences and expand SCRA across more lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Analytics, CS, IE) or Business/Marketing.
• OR: Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating strategy into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow two product managers owning back-office workflows.
• Set and deliver a multi-year roadmap to automate operations with AI and cloud data.
• Own end-to-end customer and agent experience for regulatory/specialty programs.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance and Ops to ensure compliant, scalable experiences.
• Replace manual tasks with intelligent automation to free agents for higher-value work.
• Ship user-centric servicing experiences on enterprise platforms.
