Job summary

Capital One in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Back Office Servicing Experiences. You will lead two product managers and set a multi-year roadmap to automate back-office operations using AI and cloud data.

You’ll own end-to-end experiences for regulatory programs like SCRA, expand capabilities across lines of business, and partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure scalable, compliant automation that frees agents for higher-value work.

Qualifications

• Requires a quantitative degree or 4+ years of product management experience
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
• Strong collaboration across Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow two PMs owning back-office workflows
• Set and deliver a multi-year automation roadmap using AI
• Own end-to-end customer/agent experiences for regulatory programs like SCRA and expand across lines of business
• Partner across Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to scale and govern back-office servicing

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
