Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience with data flows built on modern data environments inclusive of data lakes, Snowflake, APIs, and Streams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech, operations, and business partners to provide servicing associates the tools and resources they need to care for customers.
• Invest in AI tools to simplify associate experiences so they can concentrate on the customer they are servicing.
