A Place for Mom is transforming how families navigate senior care using an AI-native platform. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to own advisor-to-family channels—phone, SMS, chat—and the real-time coaching built on conversations.

You’ll lead architecture-level decisions, from live transcripts to coaching dashboards, partnering with product, engineering, data, sales, and compliance to improve connection rate and move-in outcomes. This role demands hands-on AI fluency and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping real-time, conversational, or communications products such as contact center, telephony, messaging, or voice.
• Ability to write clear requirements, run experiments, and own delivery end‑to‑end.
• Comfort aligning sales leadership, operations, compliance, and engineering around a shared roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own telephony and advisor-to-family channels across phone, SMS, chat, and email.
• Define strategy/roadmap for channel selection per family and move to next-gen contact center.
• Build real-time coaching, insights, and dashboards from transcripts to guide advisors.
