Job summary

A Place for Mom is building the AI-powered platform to guide families through senior care choices. We seek a Senior Product Manager to own how advisors reach families across phone, SMS, and chat, and to shape the intelligence built on those conversations, from first contact to move.

You will design and ship systems advisors rely on in conversations: channels, live transcripts, and real-time coaching; partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Compliance to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in product management for real-time, conversational, or communications products.
• Experience shipping AI-native features and working with LLMs in production.
• Ability to define requirements, run experiments, and own end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own channels for advisor-family communications: phone, SMS, chat, and email.
• Define live transcription contract and real-time coaching features.
• Build real-time coaching dashboards and call scoring for managers.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, sales, and compliance on roadmap.
• Define measurement and lead experiments to improve outcomes.
