Job summary

A Place for Mom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own how advisors reach families via phone, SMS, and chat, with AI-native features guiding conversations and real-time transcription insights.

You will shape the architecture for real-time channels, transcripts, and coaching dashboards, partnering with engineering, data, sales, and compliance to improve connection, advisor efficiency, and move-in outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, including shipping real-time, conversational, or communications products.
• You use LLMs and agents every day to research, prototype, analyze, and ship.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs to real data and connecting models to data sources.

Responsibilities

• Define channels for advisor-family communication and roadmap for outreach.
• Lead migration to next-generation contact center platform while maintaining current systems.
• Build real-time coaching and insights from transcripts to guide advisors.
• Define follow-up flows and nurture strategies across calls, SMS, and email.
• Incorporate do-not-call and consent requirements into all channels.
• Define metrics and hypotheses; instrument launches to drive outcomes.
