Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management, Technology, or related fields.
- 3+ years leading product initiatives with measurable impact.
- Familiar with AI technologies and enterprise productivity tools.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the product strategy for Capital Group's AI capabilities.
- Partner with business-facing PMs to translate needs into roadmaps and tech outcomes.
- Bridge business strategy and engineering, architecture, security, and legal teams.
- Define roadmaps for Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with teams to align AI investments with enterprise objectives.
