Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own the development of AI-driven features that improve efficiency across the organization and to shape cloud adoption strategies.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Managers, translate complex tech into executive-ready messaging, and drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch with data-driven iteration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire lifecycle of new product feature development, from concept to launch and beyond, with data-driven iteration and stakeholder feedback.
• Leverage product management and technical skills to design AI-powered features that deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead the technical development of new product features, including hands-on contribution to development efforts, especially in generative AI areas.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and others to define success metrics and quantify business impact.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for senior leadership.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Prioritize features, experience enhancements, bug fixes, and simplify the tech landscape in a fast-paced environment.
