Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management – Technical to own the product vision and delivery for a portfolio including Amazon Quick and AI model routing/orchestration services. You will lead product and program managers through ambiguity, prioritizing investments and coordinating with AWS teams, Security, Legal, and PXT.

Bachelor's degree required.
6+ years of team management experience.
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs.
Experience overseeing product lifecycle from concept to end of lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the multi-year product vision and strategy for Enterprise Foundational AI's portfolio, translating ambiguous internal needs into a prioritized roadmap.
Lead and grow a team of product managers and technical program managers, setting hiring standards and building an inclusive team culture.
Partner with engineering and applied science to craft requirements and evaluate design trade-offs for scalability and performance, including when to integrate GenAI capabilities.
Drive cross-functional alignment with AWS product teams, Security, Legal, PXT, and business units by writing strategic narratives and presenting investment cases to senior leadership.
Establish mechanisms to inspect product quality and operational performance, identifying risks and decomposing complex problems into scalable solutions.
