Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own product strategy and roadmap execution for API platforms, telecom OSS/BSS, and AI-powered offerings. You will lead cross-functional delivery, drive digital transformation, and shape customer-facing solutions that boost growth and efficiency.

The role requires strong executive communication, 7+ years in product management, and hands-on experience with AI orchestration, REST/OpenAPI, and enterprise vendor

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• 5+ years managing API platforms, integration products, or developer-facing products at scale.
• Deep expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, including Inventory, Ordering, Billing, Provisioning, and Mediation systems.
• Experience delivering products powered by LLMs, AI Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of B2B integrations, eBonding, REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and schema mapping.
• Proven success managing enterprise vendor engagements and large-scale technical initiatives.
• Experience with RBAC, OAuth2, NIST, and FIPS 140 compliance.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and optimize customer journeys.
• Develop scalable eCommerce and digital ordering experiences.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, Vendors, and other stakeholders to maximize product performance.
• Lead Agile product delivery and manage vendor engagements.
• Present product strategy, business cases, and roadmaps to executive leadership.
