Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to drive growth through API platforms and AI-powered experiences in Irving, TX. You will own product roadmaps, collaborate with C-suite and cross-functional teams, and translate complex requirements into scalable, secure solutions.

The role emphasizes OSS/BSS savvy, enterprise security, and strong stakeholder management, with hybrid work. You will lead external vendor engagements and shape the end-to-end digital journey for ecommerce

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Product Management with at least 5 years dedicated to API platforms, integration products, or developer-facing products at scale.
• Deep hands-on experience with telecom OSS/BSS (Inventory, Ordering, Billing, Provisioning, Mediation).
• Experience shipping products powered by large language models (LLMs) or AI orchestration workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Strong grasp of B2B API integration patterns (eBonding), RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specs, cross-domain schema translation.
• Demonstrated leadership of large vendor engagements against strict architectural exit criteria.
• Security awareness with RBAC, OAuth2, and compliance frameworks like NIST/FIPS 140.
• Executive communication with C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to drive growth and improve digital customer experience.
• Drive product vision and support building roadmaps.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maximize channel performance.
• Build and manage repeatable ecommerce ordering experiences.
• Lead digital operations, ecommerce, ebonding, and AI-driven product initiatives.
• Create digital journeys for ecommerce transactions in agile environments.
