Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a senior product leader to own the AI agents and automation platform, guiding the end-to-end development of the next generation of AI-enabled insurance quoting and support tools.

You will work closely with engineering to balance technical tradeoffs with business impact, and drive production-ready LLM-based systems. The role offers a remote-first environment with optional on-site offices in the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning product strategy for a technical product, with hands-on engineering collaboration.
• Experience selecting between viable technical approaches based on business impact.
• Experience deploying LLM-based systems to production, including evals, latency, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI agents and automation system and oversee backend workflow automation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and decide on investments for production use.
• Partner with OpenAI to assess and deploy next-generation voice models and automation.
