Job summary

Allstate is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for the core Ads Manager platform and related user-facing apps. You will define the product strategy, oversee the full lifecycle, and translate customer insights into features that scale revenue and engagement.

This is a remote US role with travel and CST availability. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8 years in product management within digital consumer services, plus proficiency in defining KPIs and prioritizing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
Eight (8) years as Product Manager or related occupation gaining experience in product development in a digitally-oriented environment related to consumer services.

Responsibilities

Define top-level product strategy for ads platform and align with company strategy.
Lead all phases of the product life cycle from inception to market introduction.
Develop product roadmap and deliver detailed product requirements docs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and host product townhalls.
Monitor efficacy of products using customer and business feedback mechanisms.
