Job summary
Allstate is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for the core Ads Manager platform and related user-facing apps. You will define the product strategy, oversee the full lifecycle, and translate customer insights into features that scale revenue and engagement.
This is a remote US role with travel and CST availability. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8 years in product management within digital consumer services, plus proficiency in defining KPIs and prioritizing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- Eight (8) years as Product Manager or related occupation gaining experience in product development in a digitally-oriented environment related to consumer services.
Responsibilities
- Define top-level product strategy for ads platform and align with company strategy.
- Lead all phases of the product life cycle from inception to market introduction.
- Develop product roadmap and deliver detailed product requirements docs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and host product townhalls.
- Monitor efficacy of products using customer and business feedback mechanisms.
