Responsibilities

• Partner across business and technology teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, State Management, and Technology teams.
• Support product launches, state expansions, pricing and underwriting enhancements, customer experience improvements, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and release readiness.
• Deliver product enhancements that improve pricing, underwriting, risk management, and customer value.
• Improve customer experience, competitiveness, and operational efficiency.
