Job summary

WebMD, LLC. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead advertising product strategy across its portfolio of sites and manage ad delivery infrastructure. Responsibilities include portfolio management, stakeholder ideation, requirements gathering, and post-launch evaluation.

You will work with editorial, UX, engineering, marketing and BI teams to optimize product performance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in product management, with deep knowledge of ad tech, web/mobile best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in a Product Management function.
• Experience in gathering and documenting product requirements for development teams including business rationale, user needs and functional specifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate between business, editorial, sales, and engineering teams.
• Ability to visualize user experience and wireframe interfaces for review with business owners.
• Knowledge of web and mobile product best practices.
• Ability to interpret data and trends to diagnose problems and create action plans.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies (Scrum/Agile, Lean, Kanban).
• Understanding of ad server technology and challenges in ad delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage product portfolio and drive ideation with stakeholders across teams.
• Gather requirements from business, editorial, audience engagement, publishing, UX/design, engineering and marketing.
• Lead scrum participation, documentation and prototype work; post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with editorial, analytics, sales and tech teams to optimize ad delivery and performance.
• Translate user needs into clear specifications for development teams.
