Job Juncture, a Seattle-based AmLaw 50 firm, seeks an experienced Product Liability Attorney for its national Products Liability & Complex Litigation practice. This non-partnership-track role offers autonomy, collaboration, and high-stakes matters for leading clients across technology, consumer products, automotive, and medical devices.

Requirements include a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission in WA or CA, and 15+ years in product liability or complex litigation; experience

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the state of residence and WA/CA in good standing.
• 15+ years of substantive experience in product liability or complex litigation.
• Experience defending manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in product liability and toxic tort matters.

Responsibilities

• Defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in complex product liability and toxic tort litigation.
• Serve as a key contributor on national and global litigation teams, including MDLs and coordinated proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and client correspondence.
• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate document discovery processes, including collection, review, and production.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to develop litigation strategy.
