[Law Firm] in Seattle area seeks an experienced Product Liability Attorney to join its nationally recognized practice. This senior, non-partnership-track role offers autonomy, collaboration, and high-level client service on complex matters for leading clients across sectors.

The attorney will defend manufacturers and distributors, participate on national teams, draft pleadings, manage case loads independently, and handle MDLs or coordinated proceedings as needed.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in WA or CA in good standing.
• 15+ years of substantive experience in product liability or complex litigation.
• Extensive experience defending manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in product liability/toxic tort matters.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases with high independence.
• Experience with MDLs and coordinated proceedings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in complex product liability and toxic tort litigation.
• Serve on national/global litigation teams, including MDLs and coordinated proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and client correspondence.
• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate document discovery: collection, review, production.
• Analyze technical, scientific, and causation-related issues central to claims.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on litigation strategy.
