Our client, a globally recognized AmLaw firm, is seeking a mid-level associate for its Product Life Cycle / Products Liability practice in Denver. The role focuses on bet-the-company litigation at the intersection of law, innovation, and risk, spanning AI, autonomous vehicles, medical devices, and consumer tech.

You will lead and support complex litigation matters, draft briefs and discovery, and participate in depositions and MDL proceedings within a collaborative, high-performing team

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of products liability litigation experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Exposure to complex litigation or MDL environments.
• Bar admission in CA, CO, WA, or NY.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support products liability litigation matters.
• Draft briefs, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct depositions, expert interviews, and oral arguments.
• Work on multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated proceedings.
• Manage document review, production, and case strategy.
• Handle causation and failure analysis.
