Responsibilities include drafting briefs, taking depositions, managing discovery, and handling MDL or state proceedings. A collaborative team environment and high-quality written advocacy are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in products liability litigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Active membership in CA, CO, WA, or NY Bar.
• Juris Doctor degree required.

Responsibilities

• Draft briefs and correspondence; respond to discovery.
• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
• Manage document collection, review, and production.
• Perform causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
