Keystone Distinction Group, a leading AmLaw 50 firm, seeks an experienced Product Liability Attorney to join its national Products Liability & Complex Litigation practice. This senior, non-partnership-track role focuses on high-stakes matters with autonomy, collaboration, and elite client service across industries.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in product liability/complex litigation, active bar in WA or CA, and a track record defending manufacturers and distributors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product liability/complex litigation experience.
• Active bar admission in candidate's home state and WA or CA in good standing.
• Experience defending manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in product liability and toxic tort matters.
• Ability to manage cases with a high degree of independence.
• Strong drafting of briefs, discovery responses, and client correspondence.
• MDL and/or coordinated state proceedings experience.
• Large law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in complex product liability and toxic tort litigation.
• Serve as a key contributor on national and global litigation teams, including MDLs.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and client correspondence.
• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate document discovery processes, including collection, review, and production.
• Analyze technical, scientific, and causation-related issues central to product liability claims.
• Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and clients to develop and execute litigation strategy.
