Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar membership required.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with privacy; CIPP/US and/or AIGP a plus.
• Interest in AI regulatory developments and practical risk assessment.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills; strong business counsel mindset.

Responsibilities

• Counsel Adobe CX Orchestration and related CX teams on legal risks and compliance.
• Draft, negotiate, and support technology licenses, product docs, and partnerships.
• Advise on privacy, AI ethics, IP, and enterprise sales issues across development lifecycles.
• Develop trainings and guidance for engineering, product, and sales teams.
• Collaborate with senior legal leads to prioritize work and manage risk.
