Adobe seeks a skilled attorney to support the Acrobat product teams, advising on GenAI, licensing, privacy, and risk across product management, engineering, business strategy and marketing.

The role reports to the Acrobat Legal Team lead and is based in San Jose, San Francisco, CA, or Seattle, WA, with a strong focus on practical, business-friendly legal guidance and collaboration across the company.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar membership.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in software/online services.
• Proficient drafting and negotiating IP/technology licensing agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with innovative Generative AI functions and GenAI product reviews.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, strategy, marketing, and legal teams on compliance.
• Draft and negotiate inbound/outbound technology licenses and partnerships.
• Develop trainings and materials for internal groups in Adobe’s Legal Department.
