Adobe seeks an upbeat, motivated attorney to join the Adobe Experience Cloud product legal team to advise on AI/ML related matters. The role is full-time and based in San Jose, San Francisco, or New York, with responsibilities spanning strategic counseling and practical legal guidance for product and business teams dealing with AI/ML issues.

Ideal candidates hold a Ph.D. in Law with bar admission and 8+ years of relevant experience, including IP, data protection, and software product

Competenze

• Bar admission in good standing in at least one state
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience (software product development, IP, data protection/privacy)
• In-house experience preferred
• Knowledge of datasets for AI model training and licensing for AI products

• Provide legal advice on AI/ML to product and business teams
• Counsel on AI/ML related regulatory and privacy issues
• Update forms, templates and knowledge resources
• Assist product/sales legal teams on AI/ML issues and licensing metrics
