Job summary

Tekion Corporation is seeking a Lead Product Learning Expert to design and drive strategic learning experiences for internal teams, customers, and partners. This senior contributor role partners with Product, Engineering, and Enablement to ensure scalable, accessible content aligned with product launches and business goals.

You will mentor peers, guide major initiatives, and champion innovative, accessible digital learning to improve product understanding and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years delivering instructor-led, virtual instructor-led (VILT), or hands-on product training in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated mastery of 2+ complex enterprise platforms or solutions (CRM, ERP, DMS, or similar).
• Proven track record delivering training to diverse audiences during go-live scenarios.
• Translate technical product capabilities into learning for different learner personas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale product learning programs across multiple platforms.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams to align learning with launches.
• Define learning objectives and create learner-centric content for adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement of training effectiveness using data and feedback.
• Support localization, scalability, and integration of content across teams.
