Bentley Systems seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Web Experience & Growth, guiding the corporate site as a revenue driver. You will shape the roadmap, manage Optimizely CMS/experimentation, and partner with marketing, CRO, UX, and engineering to unlock fast, high-conversion digital experiences.

You will lead platform health, governance, and an AI-enabled approach to backlog and testing, while communicating impact to executives. This is a hybrid role across major US locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital product management.
• 3+ years owning enterprise CMS and experimentation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS & Web Experimentation.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the corporate website.
• Own platform architecture, performance, and security for fast, stable web properties.
• Collaborate with CRO, Discoverability, UX, and engineering to deliver high-quality web features.
