One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will guide a portfolio of products, unifying them under a cohesive vision and working with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of product management experience in tech/SaaS preferred.
- Proven track record from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
- Identify customer needs through research and feedback across tools and processes.
- Prioritize roadmaps balancing value, feasibility and business impact.
- Translate needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
- Own delivery of roadmap features and manage blockers.
- Define KPIs to measure product success and ROI.
- Partner on go-to-market plans to drive adoption.
- Lead lifecycle management from ideation to sunset as needed.
- Advocate for user-centric experiences and rapid prototyping.
