Pitney Bowes is seeking a strategic product leader to own Production Shipping, guiding multi‑segment roadmaps and serving Fortune 500 clients. You will translate customer insights into scalable platform strategy and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality shipping capabilities.

You will partner with sales on complex deals, drive adoption and metrics, and push for continual platform improvements across a global customer base. Strong executive communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in enterprise product management, incl. 3+ years in logistics or shipping tech.
• Deep domain expertise in production shipping workflows and multi-location fulfillment.
• Executive-level communication with VP/C-suite stakeholders.
• Full product lifecycle ownership: research, competitive analysis, launch, adoption.
• Platform thinking balancing scalability with customization.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for Production Shipping with vertical roadmaps across pharma, retail, 3PL, and manufacturing.
• Advance the modern shipping platform to support high-volume, multi-DC, LTL/TL, and compliance-heavy workflows.
• Drive enterprise customer success for 400+ strategic accounts; ensure retention and roadmap alignment.
• Partner with field sales on consultative deals ($100K–$500K ACV) with product demos and ROI narratives.
• Translate customer insight into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional execution to deliver roadmap commitments on time.
• Measure business performance including revenue growth, activation, adoption, and churn reduction.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and identify opportunities to extend Production Shipping capabilities.
