Job summary

Qualifications
- Enterprise product management experience in complex environments.
- Deep domain knowledge of production shipping workflows and multi-location fulfillment.
- Executive-level communication with VP/C-suite stakeholders.
- Full product lifecycle ownership from discovery to adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy for Production Shipping across pharma, retail, 3PL and manufacturing.
- Close legacy gaps and modernize the shipping platform for high-volume workflows.
- Drive enterprise customer success for 400+ strategic accounts.
- Partner with field sales on consultative deals with ROI narratives.
- Translate customer insight into clear requirements and user stories.
- Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, partnerships, sales and CS.
- Measure revenue growth, activation, adoption, PSAT and churn reduction.
- Identify opportunities to extend Production Shipping across the ecosystem.
