Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Production Shipping with a focus on enterprise workflows and multi-DC optimization. You will own strategy, define roadmaps, and drive a high-impact shipping platform across pharma, retail, 3PL, and manufacturing.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with field sales on high-value deals, and translate customer insights into actionable requirements for executives.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in product management, including 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or shipping tech.
• Deep domain expertise in production shipping workflows and multi-location fulfillment.
• Executive-level communication with VP/C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for Production Shipping and define roadmaps across segments.
• Close legacy gaps and modernize the shipping platform for high-volume, multi-DC flows.
• Drive enterprise customer success for 400+ strategic accounts and align with roadmap priorities.
• Partner with field sales on consultative deals ($100K–$500K ACV) with product demos and ROI narratives.
• Translate customer insight into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, partnerships, sales, and CS.
• Measure revenue growth, activation, adoption, PSAT, and churn reduction.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and extend capabilities across Shipping 360.
