Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or insurance tech.
- Experience with Agile development and modern tooling.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsabilités
- Lead product initiatives from concept through launch.
- Define and execute product roadmaps.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Monitor quality, performance, and analytics to drive improvements.
- Prepare GTM materials and enablement resources.
- Support go-to-market activities and training.
