Job summary

Clarus is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead product initiatives from concept through launch in the pet-insurance tech space. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions that drive business impact for veterinary teams, pet parents, and industry partners.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in B2B SaaS, hands-on experience with Agile development, and a track record of shipping scalable platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile product development using Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
Pet health or pet insurance experience is a bonus.
Experience supporting digital transformation and modern platform development.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; equivalent education/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned areas, delivering timely features and enhancements.
Partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure successful development and launches.
Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and analyze market trends to inform priorities.
Own and prioritize the product backlog and make tradeoffs to maximize value.
Support quality assurance, monitor performance, and use data to evaluate success and identify improvements.
Assist in Go-to-Market activities, including documentation, training materials, and release communications.
