Job summary

Wayne Fueling Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Payment Solutions to lead strategy, discovery, and lifecycle management of enterprise payment, loyalty, and forecourt solutions across North America.

You will own roadmap development, cross‑functional execution, and governance, partnering with customers, engineering, compliance, and sales to deliver secure, scalable products that meet regulatory and market needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related fields with payments domain experience.
• 3+ years of regional, platform, or portfolio-level product ownership.
• Experience owning product strategy, gathering requirements, defining product vision, and building roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of PCI, EMV, payment-network certifications, tokenization, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, objectives, and success measures for payment and loyalty products.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and retirement.
• Develop North America payment solutions roadmap and prioritize investments.
• Coordinate with engineering, compliance, and operations to ensure regulatory and performance requirements are met.
• Establish Voice of Customer program and build relationships with strategic customers and partners.
• Partner with go-to-market, sales, and support teams for successful launches and commercialization.
