Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for Payments to own the end-to-end product strategy and delivery across customer and agent experiences, orchestration, and backend services. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business Analysts to size and scope initiatives and align them with a long-term payments roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or related business/marketing degree with 4+ years PM experience.
• Experience translating strategy into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and delivery for payments.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business Analysts to scope and size initiatives.
• Balance near-term integration with a long-term product roadmap for payments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and transform payments at Capital One.
